Our rental prices typically include delivery, setup, and pickup of the inflatables. We also provide safety instructions and ensure the equipment is in excellent condition for your event. 

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date and desired inflatable model. Popular dates, such as weekends and holidays, tend to book up quickly, so we suggest booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance. 

Yes, we require a deposit to secure your reservation. The deposit amount varies depending on the rental duration and equipment selected. The deposit is deducted from the total rental fee and is non-refundable, except in cases of inclement weather cancellations. 

We accept cash and Venmo. Payment is due upon delivery or setup of the bounce house. We do not accept checks. 

In the event of inclement weather (heavy rain, high winds, temperatures below 45 degrees), we will work with you to reschedule your rental for a future date or issue a rain check for the deposit amount. 

Yes, safety is our top priority. We only rent inflatables that are BRAND NEW with the latest safety technology. Our inflatables are manufactured with high-quality materials and undergo regular maintenance and safety inspections. We also provide safety guidelines and instructions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. 

Yes, we offer delivery, setup, and pickup services for all our bounce house rentals. Our professional team will handle the entire setup process, so you can focus on enjoying your event. 

Our bounce houses are suitable for children aged 3-12 years old, with a maximum weight limit of 200-250 pounds per participant, depending on the specific model. Adult supervision is required at all times during use. 

Yes, our units can be set up indoors, provided that the ceiling height and available space meet the requirements for the selected model and used as a dry setup. Please inform us in advance if you plan to set up the rental indoors.
